Our batch ovens offer a revolutionary solution for our customer’s drying, preheating, and curing needs.  Our heaters use forced induction of cool, oxygen rich fresh air for combustion instead of the oxygen starved hot air normally used.  Capitalizing on our oversize combustion chamber and Jet Fire technology, these ovens reach operating temperature with increased efficiency.

Optimum Performance

Paint or Powder Solutions will build your oven based on your location

and specs.  Altitude, average air temperature, and other factors

are calculated to calibrate the equipment for optimal performance.

Our batch ovens use semi-vertical air flow and front air injection to

ensure that the entire cabin heats quickly and uniformly, even around

the load-in doors. 

Our ovens also utilize computerized controls to significantly reduce your gas usage.  This is another step we take to make sure you have equipment that is leading edge in the powder coating industry. 

Easy and Dependable Operation

Paint or Powder Solutions has worked with hundreds of powder coaters and we have made it our business to understand theirs.  Feedback and recommendations from our customers has played a major role in the efficiencies and processes we have in place today with our batch ovens. 

All heat units and controls are ETL listed and feature digital temperature controllers that have PID fuzzy logic or “self tuning” operation.  Complete operation and assembly instructions are included with each oven.

Environmental and local code issues are made easier with our equipment.  Proprietary air blending technology is used to reduce NOX and CO emissions.
