Enclosure
 |
The booth’s “cabin” is constructed of 16 and 18 gauge
aluminized |
components that can be painted. This material is better than
the standard galvanized components used by most
competitors. All components are made of prime U.S. steel.
Exhaust System
 |
Booths feature a three stage filtration system that
includes an initial |
blanket filter, intermediate bag filters, and true
HEPA final
filters.
 |
Uses a unique semi-downward airflow path to effectively
get powder |
out of the air and reduce the number of filter changes.
 |
High efficiency American made forward curved and tube
axial fan |
systems give excellent results without noise levels
associated with flimsy “economy” tube axial fans.
 |
Unique filter chamber design gives easier filter access
than that of |
competing products.
Our booth will pull less powder onto
the operator than a conventional cross flow or front-to-back booth because
the booth uses a system that draws heavily from the base of the rear wall.
Lighting
Our booths use 4-tube T-8 fluorescent
fixtures. As an upgrade we offer full spectrum bulbs for precise color
matching and detail work.
Our light fixtures are U.S. made ¼”
tempered clear safety glass instead of the cheaper 3/16” or imported
metric glass of marginal quality.
the Filtration
System.
This consists of pocket filters covered by blanket filter.
